IT Technician/Desktop Support - Diagnose and solve problems with networks, servers, networking routers, printers, hardware and software, desktop and helpdesk support, on-site and remote IT support to clients and related support work.


Networks – Implementation, support, VPN, troubleshooting, routing, switching, firewalling and general IP networking experience, DNS administration


Systems Engineer/Architecture – Deployments of cloud solutions: Amazon, Azure, etc, Architecture and design Server Administration (Windows/Linux/Unix), understanding of IT systems, data integration, IT system management and system implementation


Software Engineer/ Application Development – Software development, Solution design, Solution development, Solution deployment and Support, API, Big Data, DevOps, IoT and Integration development, Microsoft Dynamics and Office 365.

Graphic and Web Designers - Graphical Design & Layout, Design of Artwork with the client’s corporate identity in mind, Website design and development, be fluent in Creativity!


Required Attributes


Possess at least a minimum of 1 year experience, have relevant qualifications in the field you are seeking, be passionate about technology and exceeding expectations, must be broadly-skilled with the ability to learn new tools or workflows quickly and be motivated to deliver timely and within deadlines.

IT Operations Manager




An IT Managed Services startup company seeks to employ an IT Operations Manager / IT Generalist who has detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practices and a professional track record of effective technical management, IT business strategy, information analysis as well as a thorough understanding of computer hardware and software (business applications) and Networks.


You will be responsible for establishing an IT business model for the company, working closely with the Director, developing IT support and Helpdesk plans, project budgets, setting up and managing the IT staff and keeping the executive team up to date on the latest technologies that could help the company succeed. The successful candidate will be a Generalist and not a Specialist, knowledge of different variety of specializations will be highly preferred.


Duties & Responsibilities:

·     Set up and Manage a team of IT administrators and support personnel onsite and remotely

·     Monitor, maintain and document IT infrastructure in the organisation 

·     Work with the Director to source new business/contracts

·     Create, maintain and enforce IT policies and procedures

·     Liaise and negotiate with IT hardware suppliers and service providers

·     Train and mentor staff on IT related content and implement change management processes

·     Keep up to date with the latest IT services/solutions to continuously improve our infrastructure

·     Keep up to date with our custom issue tracker (support ticket system), ensure support response times are in the acceptable range and deal with escalations

·     Monitor reports and deal with abnormal events

·     IT asset management, maintain detailed database of assets and conduct audit checks

·     Have good Interpersonal and communication skills with staff at various levels



Desired Experience & Qualification

·     IT tertiary qualification OR Comptia A+, Comptia N+ or other related IT tertiary qualification

·     Minimum of 5 years staff management and related IT work experience 

·     Experience working in an agile environment 

·     Expert in Microsoft desktop operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 7, 8 & 10) 

·     Solid knowledge of Cloud Solutions (ERP and CRM)

·     Experience with Microsoft Office 365 

·     Strong experience in networking and networking equipment like wireless routers and switches

·     Hands on troubleshooting experience with desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices

·     Strong experience in mobile technologies and support thereof

·     Experienced in delivering remote, telephonic and onsite support

·     Experience in end-point management systems

·     Strong problem-solving skills

·     Familiarity with web application, cloud technologies, database technologies such as MySQL or MSSQL
